In this dish, the sweetness of the Sumo Citrus pairs perfectly with the saltiness from the soy sauce. If you like things a little spicy, add a tsp of chili paste and it will really kick up the flavor. This goes great with rice and any vegetable.
Not only is the salmon recipe super easy, it only uses one pan so there is easy clean up. The salmon will keep well for two days in the fridge, if there are any leftovers (not likely!).
