RECIPE

Sumo Citrus® Glazed Salmon

A citrus-y salmon recipe that will be a weekly staple during Sumo Citrus season

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Makes: 2 servings

In this dish, the sweetness of the Sumo pairs perfectly with the saltiness from the soy sauce. If you like things a little spicy, add a tsp of chili paste and it will really kick up the flavor. This goes great with rice and any vegetable.

Not only is the salmon recipe super easy, it only uses one pan so there is easy clean up. The salmon will keep well for two days in the fridge, if there are any leftovers (not likely!).

  • 1 pound of salmon, skin off

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
