  • 1 cup Sumo Citrus juice + 1 cup chopped segments
  • Tamarind paste
  • Brown sugar
  • Smoked paprika
  • Chipotle
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • BBQ sauce
  • Brioche slider buns
  • Slaw mix
  • Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Mayo (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rub pork with spices
  2. Slow‑cook with citrus mix and BBQ sauce.
  3. Shred and toss with more BBQ sauce.
  4. Toss slaw; assemble sliders with pork and slaw.
