Ingredients

2 tsp sesame seeds

Juice of 1 ½ Sumo Citrus

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

1 tsp ginger paste

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

¼ cup + 1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp agave nectar, optional

½ tsp kosher salt

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat a small skillet on medium heat. Add sesame seeds and stir often until beginning to turn light golden brown. Transfer sesame seeds to a bowl to cool. Add all remaining ingredients to another bowl. Whisk well until fully combined, then sesame seeds and stir.
