Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 Sumo Citrus (about ⅓ cup)
  • ½ Tbsp. raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp. fresh black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 Sumo Citrus, peeled, diced
  • 5 purple carrots
  • 4 cups purple cabbage
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  • Add all of the dressing ingredients to a mason jar and shake vigorously until thoroughly combined.
  • Add all of the slaw ingredients to a large bowl, add the desired amount of dressing and toss to combine.
  • Add extra seasoning to taste.
