For the Sumo Citrus Honey Lavender Marinade:
In a small bowl, combine all of the marinade ingredients.

Place chicken thighs in a shallow bowl, fully coat with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Bake chicken in a rimmed 9”x13” baking pan for 25 – 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 165 degF in the thickest part of the thigh.
Once out of the oven, cover the pan with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
While the chicken is resting, make the green beans.
To a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil along with the green beans, salt, pepper, garlic powder, water, and Sumo Citrus juice. Cook 5 – 10 minutes until desired tenderness is reached.

Plate the chicken and green beans, along with fresh slices of baguette and enjoy!
