Sumo Citrus Syrup:
Start by making your Sumo Citrus syrup.

Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup fresh Sumo Citrus juice to a saucepan. Place saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Strain into an airtight container. Store syrup in the refrigerator, and it should last up to a month.
Brew your espresso. Set aside and allow it to cool completely.
Sprinkle a plate with brown sugar. Dip the rim of a martini or coupe glass into syrup, then firmly press onto the plate with brown sugar. Once the rim is coated, place your glass in the freezer to set.
Add cooled espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream and Sumo Citrus syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice, then shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into your prepped and chilled martini or coupe glass.
Garnish with 3 espresso beans.
