Prep all the ingredients, including slicing the chicken breasts in half lengthwise so you have 4 chicken breasts. If they are more than ½” thick, we recommend pounding to help tenderize the meat.

In a small bowl, mix the Sumo Citrus zest, salt, ground cumin, black pepper, and smoked paprika together. Rub the dry seasoning over the chicken breasts. Coat in the flour and shake off any excess.
Add 2 tablespoons of the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken to sear 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken.

Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds, then pour in the chicken broth.
Gradually pour in the cream as you stir with a whisk.
Stir in the Dijon, Sumo Citrus juice, grated parmesan, and parsley. Once smooth, add the chicken breasts back into the skillet. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked, and the sauce has thickened.
Serve warm with sauteed green beans and mashed potatoes. Spoon the creamy sauce over the chicken and garnish with freshly chopped chives to enjoy!
