The ultimate snack, these superbly flavored roasted almonds hint at the sweetness of Sumo Citrus and honey with fresh herbs and spices to keep you coming back for another satisfying handful.
Keep screen on while cooking Turn on Cook Mode!
Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F and line a large sheet pen with parchment paper.
In a large bowl toss together the almonds, olive oil, salt and paprika and make sure the almonds are thoroughly coated.
Spread the almonds out on a baking sheet.

Add the almonds to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the almonds back to the mixing bowl along with the Sumo Citrus juice, Sumo Citrus zest, and honey and mix well to thoroughly coat the almonds.
Return to the baking sheet and cook for a further 30 minutes, stirring intermittently, or until golden brown and perfectly toasted (keep an eye on them and simply remove from the oven once toasted thoroughly)
Allow to cool to room temperature in the pan before transferring to a serving bowl and/or an airtight glass container. These nuts will last for a week in an airtight container (if they last that long!).

Serve with an extra sprinkle of Sumo Citrus zest.
