A vibrant gimlet made with Sumo Citrus peel–infused gin, fresh Sumo Citrus juice, and Sumo Citrus purple curaçao, finished with a tiny pinch of butterfly pea flower for a rich purple hue.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Sumo Citrus infused gin
  • 1 oz fresh Sumo Citrus juice
  • 3/4 oz Sumo Citrus Purple Curaçao (see the recipe here)
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • Tiny pinch butterfly pea flower powder
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  4. Garnish with the inner wheel of a Sumo Citrus slice.
