You may feel a little squishyness when picking a Sumo Citrus. This is natural and makes for an easy-to-peel fruit. Don’t worry, your fruit isn’t over or under ripe!

IT'S A LITTLE BUMPY

Sumo Citrus is known for its bumpy skin. While it may seem tougher than other citrus, it’s actually a very delicate fruit. Handle your Sumo Citrus with care!

IT HAS A “TOP KNOT”

This may be the fruit’s most signature characteristic. Although some bumps won’t be as prominent as others, the knot identifies Sumo Citrus’ unique mandarin heritage.

IT STANDS OUT IN STORES

Sumo Citrus is originally from Japan, and we’ve kept it’s incredible heritage alive with colorful art. Look for the sticker — you can’t miss it!
